Firstly, please check your junk/spam emails in case our confirmation email did not reach your main inbox. If you've paid via Paypal, the order confirmation email will be sent to the email linked to your Paypal account.
If you still did not receive any email, please contact us at email@example.com and we will assist you as soon as possible (usually within 12~24 hours).
This issue is known to happen when the download link sent via email is bounced - often due to a typographical error or misspelling of email on the customers' end. Occasionally, it is due to an email service that is no longer working (e.g. expired school emails..). When this happens, the gopapercraft support team will attempt to find the customer's correct email, usually by trying reasonable combinations of the misspelled email address. If all attempts fail, we will wait for the customer's outreach to resolve the issue. If we do not receive a support request within 48 hours, we will provide a full refund to the customer.
Your purchase consists of digital PDF templates of the 3D models for printing on paper and clear step-by-step instructions for assembling the model (there are no physical items sent by post).
You will gain instant access to these files (Compressed, ZIP files), which will be delivered to you online via an email containing the download link, usually within a few minutes after payment is confirmed. If you paid via Paypal, the download link will be sent to the email linked to your Paypal account.
If for any reason you do not receive your files (i.e. bounced email, wrong email etc.), please contact support@gopapercraft immediately.

We recommend any non-water based glue so that there will not be deformation of the paper due to moisture, but if your glue can stick well without wrinkling the paper, it works too. Many others suggest "Uhu" brand of art & crafts glue and that works great too.
We recommend using colored cardstock / paper of at least 176gsm (65 lbs & above) for the best results. This is to ensure that the paper is not too flimsy and stays firm during the crafting process.
Do make sure that your printer is able to handle these heavier/thicker paper or print cardstock. You should be able to find the limits of your printer in the printer manual.
Alternatively, for customers that are unable to print on cardstock / thicker paper, we recommend printing the template onto normal white paper, cut out the template parts and paste them onto the darker card stock (e.g. black). You can then proceed to craft using the pasted templates as a guide.
Yes, as of 26th December 2020, we have included SVG/DXF files within your purchase download. However, note that they may not be fully compatible with all cutting machines (customers may have to make certain adjustments to adapt).
Also, note that softwares like the Cricut Design Space has no way of knowing if our uploaded SVG file’s lines are actually score lines. Therefore, users will have to manually change the SVG's "fold lines" to score lines.
Customers may experience problems such as the SVG being divided into 5 separate mats when attempting to use the Cricut. This is because there are some pre-requisites users have to perform before the Cricut understands what to cut & score. Again, the software has no way of knowing if an uploaded SVG cut file’s lines are actually score lines - so users will have to ungroup the different layers (all lines and shapes), change the fold lines to "score", then attach all of them together before proceeding. Here is an excellent resource that may help you.
Occasionally, customers may encounter ID numbers being barely visible when printing onto black paper, or simply find it hard to see ID numbers and lines due to the color similarities. For customers that face this issue, we recommend printing the template onto normal white paper, cut out the template parts and paste them onto the darker card stock (e.g. black). You can then proceed to craft using the pasted templates as a guide.
